Your Orbisk is sturdy enough to handle daily use in a busy kitchen, but it’s good to give it a clean once in a while to keep everything running smoothly. Regular cleaning helps ensure the screen and scale work at their best:
- Screen: Wipe with a damp cloth so the touchscreen continues to respond properly.
- Scale: Clean the scale to remove spills.
Step by step:
Step 1: Wet the cloth in water & ensure it is wrung out, to prevent any water damage
Step 2: Gently wipe the screen, then the top and sides. Finish by wiping the scale clean.
Step 3: Once done, remount the monitor if needed and plug it back into the power supply.
Important to know
- Your Orbi can handle light exposure to water but is not waterproof. Avoid heavy splashing or power washing.
- If you unplug the device for cleaning, keep the plugs off the floor to protect the adapters — and don’t forget to plug it back in before use.
